This method allows sucessful applicants into New Zealand by investing in commerical activity.
This class of visa generaly requires you to bring enough money to meet a minimum threshold for both investment/business and personal purposes.
These rules are vague and not well known to most people. It is highly recommended that you speak to one of our experienced consultants before embarking on this visa
There are three different visas in this category. Varying requirements apply. One visa doesn't have age barriers. However, the other two visas do. You must have a minimum amount of funds available. The minimum you need to bring is NZ$2.5M to New Zealand. You'll need to invest it in commercial activity (not in any form of residential developments or personal use such as boats and cars etc). You'll also need to bring at least another NZ$1M for your personal use.
If you fit the various requirements of this visa and you intend to live in New Zealand for most of the year, you may wish to consider applying under the Long term Business Visa instead of this visa. Once again, you need to talk to one of our experienced consultants before embarking on this visa.
